Charming CHARLIE is THE go-to boutique for fashion jewelry, handbags, accessories, gifts and so much more and we are expanding across the country. We are looking for the BEST people who have specialty fashion experience to join Charming CHARLIE and become part of the excitement. This accessory superstore is a high volume, fast paced environment, poised for rapid growth.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, experienced, dedicated sales associates, 18 or older with a fashion background and can-do attitudes, who want to grow with a quality retailer in responsibility, position and compensation.
If you can bring the above and more to Charming CHARLIE, we are currently interviewing for the following NEW location: Summit Fair, Lee's Summit
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a selling environment focused on customer service.
* Executing internal and external marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve Charming CHARLIE objectives.
* Adherence to all retail policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
* Personality and attitude that creates an environment where associates enjoy coming to work every day and customers love to shop.
* Part-time/flexible availability.
* Previous sales experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills.
