Digital Marketing

Social, Website & Email

Share high-quality photos and video content that showcases promotions, new product launches, in-store events, upcoming offers, happy hour deals, etc. Content will be utilized across the property’s social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns. Email newsletter features are subject to rotation, and inclusion is not guaranteed, as we aim to provide equal visibility for all tenants.

Print Signage

Banners & H-Frames

Banner Specs: 3′ high x 8′ wide. Metal grommets every 2′ with wind slits required. Tenant is responsible for city banner permit cost and application. Application form HERE.

*Please submit your artwork FIRST to the Marketing team using the link below. Once reviewed and approved, the property/marketing team will provide an approval letter. Tenant will then need to apply for a banner permit with the city using the application form above.   Tenant will need to provide receipt and approval from the city of the banner permit before the property team will install the banner.*

 

H-Frame Specs: 22″ x 28″. Live/safe area for copy: 20″ x26″
Material: 0.25 Polystyrene (or similar material)

Tenant is responsible for print and delivery costs of all print signage*. Signage must be approved by Marketing Team and delivered to Property Management office on-site. Property team will install all signage.

All signage opportunities are subject to availability and term length. Placement will be determined by the property team based on available space. The standard signage term is four weeks but may be adjusted based on availability, artwork, and seasonal demand. During peak event seasons, terms may be shorter, while off-season availability may allow for extended durations. To maximize reusability, we recommend using evergreen artwork.

Steps for Submitting On-Property Signage

  1. Select Your Signage Type
    Choose the type of signage you’d like to use from the available options.

  2. Design Your Artwork
    Create your artwork following the specifications listed above to ensure proper formatting and display.

  3. Submit Your Artwork
    Upload your artwork using the button below and include the following details:

    • The number of H-frames you’d like to use (maximum of 2 H-frames per tenant at a time).

    • If requesting a banner, note that only (1) banner per tenant is allowed at a time.

    • Your ideal time frame for installation (timing will depend on when the signage is printed and delivered).

    • A specific removal date, if applicable (please note: we do not install or remove signage on weekends or holidays).

  4. Approval & Confirmation
    The Marketing team will review your submission and reach out via email to approve your artwork and confirm signage availability. *They will also provide contact information for the property’s preferred printer. Tenant is responsible for city banner permit cost and application.

Please Note:  The property team reserves the right to remove signage at any time to accommodate property-hosted events or sponsorships. All signage requests are subject to availability.
